Terrific customer service - the lady I spoke with, gave me full confidence in this mattress after I was admittedly nervous about trusting the firmness of the mattress and whether the sides would hold up (I had been burned by Koala Furniture, so was a little fragile from the bad experience). True to her word, the mattress was firm and didn't sink on the sides like my previous Koala one did. It's only early stages, but so far, the mattress is doing a great job and I can now sleep much better without fear of rolling off the side! Hopefully this continues. The only nit-pick was that there were a couple of snagged threads on the mattress surface, when we unrolled it (it appeared that the mattress had been caught on something before it was rolled up) - this doesn't affect functionality, but it would have been nice to have a mattress without the snags. But other than that, the mattress is perfect for us! Thank you.
