For a limited time only. You can enjoy FREE METRO DELIVERY* on all stocked items to most capital cities. (excludes, TAS, WA, SA, NT and surrounding islands). All of our products are hygienically sealed and packaged correctly when leaving our warehouse.
Please note: If there are active COVID lockdowns in any state or territory please expect delivery delays.
Dispatch - Need it delivered fast? We have you covered! All stocked items are prepared and dispatched the very same/next day* by our in-house delivery team or our chosen third-party courier company. We will take our time to make sure your item is protected correctly, however, we take no responsibility for partial wear and tear in transit.
Kerbside Service - Our delivery services offer a streamline to your front door delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take products inside ourselves, upstairs, lifts, hard to reach landings. We ask that someone is at the delivery address upon the time of arrival to assist. We are all about making the delivery process easy and pain-free for everyone.
Terms & Conditions - Our "Free Delivery Promotion" is for Metropolitan areas (only) and is valued up to the sum of $80inc GST. All regional areas or other delivery orders that incur $80inc GST or more will be contacted via email or phone after your purchase is made to inform of options for the delivery of your item/s.
Please note: Peak season times (like EOFY, Black Friday & Christmas periods) may see slight delay's with dispatch as we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. For more information regarding the delivery of your order, please use the tracking information sent to you after your order is placed.

The courier company operates Monday - Friday and they do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. They cannot adhere to delivery requests. They will NOT take items upstairs or in lifts. They are a courier company and will deliver kerbside or to your door. If you have any issues or questions regarding delivery you will need to speak to the courier company themselves. We accept NO responsibility for lost/stolen items, how the item is delivered and how it arrives.
Australia Wide: To provide an efficient and accurate quote for deliveries outside of our delivery range, please phone or email one of our friendly Team Members via our Contact Us section. Intrastate and interstate transactions, a quote will be provided (NB; All charges, ferry, and tolls will be applied).
Delivery Turn Around
Brisbane Region: Same day dispatch applies to all orders. Please allow one and up to seven (10) working days for delivery from the Mobile Mattress warehouse.
Please Note: For all orders deliveries outside the Free Delivery area we will have your order ready for dispatch with express delivery in mind. The Mobile Mattress delivery service average turnaround is one and/ or up to ten business days, all orders are subject to stock availability or delivery schedule. All orders placed on a weekend reverts to the following week.
Coast to Coast: All deliveries to the Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast please allow three and up to ten business days from date of purchase. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability).
Queensland Region: Please allow five and up to twelve working days. Same day/next business day dispatch. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability).
Australia Wide: Please allow seven and up to ten working days, Interstate: Same day/next working day dispatch. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability) If you seek further assistance please phone or email via the contact us section.
For all Queensland Region and Australia Wide orders: All orders will be dispatched same/next day and will be delivered by our third-party courier company. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive tracking information in which you can go online and track delivery of your order. As these orders are sent via our third party courier company you are agreeing that the item can be left unattended and any re-delivery charges incurred will be billed to you. You will not be given a time nor will you be notified prior to delivery as this is at the discretion of the third party courier.
As you will no doubt be aware, the global community is currently working together to minimise the spread of Coronavirus (COVID 19).
As all businesses are faced with the ongoing impacts of COVID 19 our directors have reviewed our delivery services in line with the Government’s recommendations.
Our Mobile Mattress delivery drivers and couriers visit over hundreds of businesses and households each week, sharing proximity to the public whilst using handheld devices to obtain delivery signatures. This network of human contact process exposes the driver, the recipients of the deliveries and the general public to a significant risk of transmitting the virus given the vast network of human to human contact it creates. Given the above, until further notice the following changes are being made to our delivery process.
- Signatures will not be obtained by the driver at time of delivery. Alternative delivery process will be applied as follows:
- The parcel will be delivered onto the doorstop (or reception if a commercial address)
- A photograph of the parcel and front of property will be taken.
- The doorbell (or reception bell) will be rung, and driver will wait for recipient of the parcel to attend.
- The driver will request and record the name of the person accepting delivery.
- If delivery location is unattended, the driver will move the delivery to a safe place (if required and available) and leave the parcel.
Please note: our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter customer’s households therefore, items will be delivered to the customers front door.
This process will remain in place until further updates and advice from the Government are received, indicating that the threat of the spread of the virus has subsided. Mobile Mattress is concerned about the wellbeing of its staff, customers and the general public and hence doing our part to reduce the overall risk to the community.
Mobile Mattress offer two ways of delivering your sleep essentials. For those customers in Australian metro areas your item will either be delivered via courier company. If you are located within Brisbane, Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast you may receive delivery via courier company or our own personal drivers. If your item is going to be delivered via the Mobile Mattress delivery team the Mobile Mattress delivery roster operates from Tuesday - Saturday, customers who will receive their item by our own drivers will receive confirmation of their delivery date and time the day prior to dispatch, an SMS notification will be sent providing a two (2) hour approximate delivery window time frame. This is decided at the discretion of our delivery co ordinator and your item and location will be a considering factor.Our delivery services offer a streamline kerbside delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take products inside ourselves, upstairs, lifts, or regardless of where your door is located. We ask that someone is at the delivery address upon the time of arrival to assist. We are all about making the delivery process easy and pain-free for everyone.
If your order is delivered via our Mobile Mattress Delivery Team you can expect a text message between 4:00 pm – 6.00 pm on your mobile telephone of the day prior. If you would prefer to have one of our friendly Team Members call you on your landline, this too can be arranged.
Customers must ensure that correct details have been provided for the delivery and any additional delivery notes/ access details are clearly provided. Customers are required to contact Mobile Mattress directly on 1300 791 170 to notify of any changes prior to the scheduled delivery day.
NB; A re-delivery fee will be applied should the customer's item not be able to accept delivery of goods without prior notification.
If paying by EFTPOS or credit card, full payment must be received by Mobile Mattress prior to the delivery date. Personal/Company cheques will NOT be accepted. No goods will be delivered if not paid-in-full and will be returned to the Mobile Mattress Factory Outlet, 7/11 Dan St, Capalaba, Brisbane, QLD 4157.
We suggest/ recommend that you fully inspect all product/s that we deliver or those collected from our Factory Outlet. All product/s will be supplied at an acceptable quality and match the description provided at the time of sale.

Want it today? At Mobile Mattress we not only showcase our products on-site we also have stock ready for immediate collection.
Simply process a Click and Collect order online and contact the Capalaba store to collect your order from. #If the product is in stock at the time of your order, it will be available to collect on-site and can be put into your vehicle or trailer. Best of all Click and Collect is a free service.
Warehouse Collection: If you prefer to ‘pick up’ your product/s from our warehouse. We are more than happy to assist in loading your vehicle or trailer from our loading dock area located at 10 Jones Road, Capalaba. All we request is that you inform one of our friendly team members of a day, date and time.
The products that are Not included are the order only range. These products are the Marco bed base and Bella drawer base, as they are manufactured on-site and prepared for immediate dispatch.
Terms & Conditions
- This excludes goods that are temporarily out of stock.
- All product/s are to be in paid in full prior to dispatch or otherwise agreed.
- No deliveries/click n’ collect on gazette Queensland Public Holidays.
- Mobile Mattress will thoroughly inspect all product/s prior to dispatch as part of our Customer Care Program.
- Mobile Mattress accepts no responsibility on lost/ stolen/ damaged/ damages incurred after the delivery and or placement of product/s.
- Goods picked up from our stores or warehouse should be inspected thoroughly and any damage reported accordingly as we shall not bear further responsibility after Pick up. When coming to pick up your goods, ensure to come with a helping hand and adequate wrapping materials.
- Flat Rate Freight Protection ($9.50) - This guarantees the safety of your product/s in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit.
Mobile Mattress Delivery Drivers are NOT insured to go inside your house nor do they have legal standing when inside the premises.
Change of mind - if you received Free Delivery this will only be eligible on your first purchase only. If you change your mind after dispatch on size, colour or different product, please be advised that you may incur the following: 1x Return to sender fee (Average fee is $35) 1x Re-delivery fee (Average fee is $35) 10% Re-stocking fee (10% of the purchase price) For more information and to avoid such charges, please read our terms and conditions and make an accurate decision before committing to purchase.

Mobile Mattress is not liable for any damages to owners property (I.e lights, fixtures etc) incurred upon delivery of items. We will not compensate for claim/damages as it is the owner's discretion to have the driver take the items inside/upstairs at any time.
