Dispatch - All in stock items are prepared and dispatched same/next business day* by our friendly team. We will take our time to make sure your item is protected correctly, however, we take no responsibility for partial wear and tear in transit.
Kerbside Delivery - Our delivery services offer a streamline, to your front door delivery (ground floor only). Unfortunately, our delivery team cannot take products inside, upstairs, in lifts or hard to reach landings. Our couriers operate Monday - Friday, they do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. They cannot adhere to delivery requests. If you have any issues or questions regarding delivery you will need to speak to the courier company directly. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items, how the item is delivered and how it arrives (freight-protection customers excluded).
Terms & Conditions - Our Free Delivery Promotion is for Metropolitan areas only and is valued up to the sum of $100, if your delivery cost exceeds $100 you will be contacted via email or phone after your purchase is made to inform of options for the delivery of your item/s.

Please note: All orders will be dispatched same/next day and will be delivered by our third-party courier company, unless otherwise notified. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive tracking information to track the delivery of your order. Any delivery option chosen will result in you agreeing the item can be left unattended and any re-delivery charges incurred will be billed to you.
Delivery Turn Around
Free Metro Delivery: Same/ next day dispatch applies to all orders. Please allow approximately 1-7 business days for delivery.
For all orders outside the Free Metro Delivery areas, delivery service average turnaround is approximately 3-14 business days. All orders are subject to stock availability or delivery schedule.
Terms & Conditions
- This excludes goods that are temporarily out of stock.
- All product/s are to be in paid in full prior to dispatch or otherwise agreed.
- No deliveries/click & collect on Queensland Public Holidays.
- Mobile Mattress will thoroughly inspect all product/s prior to dispatch. Mobile Mattress accepts no responsibility on lost, stolen, damaged or damages incurred after the delivery and or placement of product/s.
- Goods picked up from our stores or warehouse should be inspected thoroughly and any damage reported accordingly as we shall not bear further responsibility after Pick up. When coming to pick up your goods, ensure to come with a helping hand and adequate wrapping materials.
- Flat Rate Freight Protection - This guarantees the safety of your product/s in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit.
Change of mind - If you change your mind after we have dispatched your order unfortunately we are not able to cancel or amend your order. You will have to organise your own return once the item/s have been delivered. This is payable by the customer. Once all items have been returned to our warehouse in their original condition, we will then be able to exchange or refund your order.
