I’ve had this mattress for a few weeks now and for the price and thickness it’s super comfortable. I found that if you put a lot of weight on one area you can feel the bottom however that’s sort of expected considering the thickness and firmness. I would agree it’s considered medium firm but more so on the firm side when you lay down on it I found. I added a 100gsm mattress topper and now it’s at the perfect softness for myself. I’ve had some good nights sleep on this mattress and would definitely recommend this for people who don’t want to spend $1000 plus on a mattress. I would recommend having another person with you when you’re setting it up if you’re short because it flops over and its quite heavy.
