We deliver locally, intrastate, interstate and internationally if requested. All of our products are hygienically and safely sealed when leaving our warehouse to ensure that you receive a perfect sleep product at your door step.
Free Metro Delivery: For a limited time only, you can enjoy FREE Metro Delivery on selected items* to selected capital cities. Simply select the option Free Metro Delivery in the delivery drop down area on selected products and you'll receive FREE DELIVERY Its that easy!
*Selected items will be displayed with a Free Delivery Icon. These items ONLY will have the Free Metro Delivery attached. All other items will revert to our current $1 Per Km delivery offer below. To see if your postcode falls in the Free Metro Delivery zone please see the Express delivery tab on the item of your choice and enter your postcode. Free Metro Delivery is a service conducted by a third party courier company. Upon dispatch of the item/s you will be provided with a tracking number in which you will be able to track delivery of your order online. We cannot gurantee delivery day or times and the drivers will not call prior to delivery. The drivers have an Authority to Leave, if they cannot leave the item a re-delivery fee will incur and a note will be left. Free Mattress removal is not applicable for this delivery service. The courier operate Monday - Friday and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. They do not adhere to delivery requests. If you would prefer a more personalised service please contact us.
Free Local Delivery: Mobile Mattress delivers locally from 6 Jones Road, Capalaba. Up to 10 Kilometres (km) Free of Charge ($0.00) on any product purchase.
Local Delivery Area's: Personalised delivery service. You will be notified of a delivery time the day prior to delivery and will have Mobile Mattress delivery drivers to assist. Enjoy $1 Low Rate Delivery for distances outside a 10 Kilometre (km) radius/local area, a $1.00 per region/zone will be applied (upto a maximum 150km). Find our Delivery Estimator located in every product category or in our express checkout.
Australian Wide: To provide an efficient and accurate quote for deliveries outside of 150 Kilometres (km), please phone or email one of our friendly Team Members via our Contact Us section. Intrastate, interstate and international transactions, a quote will be provided (NB; All charges, ferry and tolls will be applied).
Brisbane Region: Same day dispatch applies to all orders, same day delivery applies to local area's (only). All orders outside of the 10 Kilometre (km) radius/ local area, please allow one (1) and up to three (3) working days from the Mobile Mattress warehouse.
Please Note: For all orders deliveries outside the Free Local Delivery area we will have your order ready for dispatch with express delivery in mind. The Mobile Mattress delivery service average turnaround is one (1) and/ or up to three (3) working days, all orders are subject to stock availability or delivery schedule. All orders placed on a weekend reverts to the following week. Our Delivery Roster is Tuesday - Saturday (8:30am - 4:00pm).
Coast to Coast: All deliveries to the Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast please allow three (3) and up to five (5) business days from date of purchase. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability).
Queensland Region: Please allow five (5) and up to seven (7) working days. Same day/ next working day dispatch. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability).

Mobile Mattress delivery roster operates from Tuesday - Saturday, all customers will receive confirmation of their delivery date and time the day prior to dispatch, a SMS notification will be sent providing a two (2) hour approximate delivery window time frame.
You can expect this message between 4:00pm – 6.00pm to your mobile telephone the day prior. If you would prefer to have one of our friendly Team Members call you on your landline, this too can be arranged.
Customers must ensure that correct details have been provided for the delivery and any additional delivery notes/ access details are clearly provided. Customers are required to contact Mobile Mattress directly on 1300 791 170 to notify of any changes prior to the scheduled delivery day.
NB; A re-delivery fee will be applied should the customer not be home to accept delivery of goods without prior notification.
If paying by eftpos or credit card, full payment must be received by Mobile Mattress prior to the delivery date. Personal/Company cheques will NOT be accepted. No goods will be delivered if not paid-in-full and will be returned to the Mobile Mattress Factory Outlet, 6 Jones Road, Capalaba.
We suggest/ recommend that you fully inspect all product/s that we deliver, or those collected from our Factory Outlet. All product/s will be supplied at an acceptable quality and match the description provided at the time of sale.
Warehouse Collection: If you prefer to ‘pick up’ your product/s from our warehouse. We are more then happy to assist in loading your vehicle or trailer from our loading dock area located at the rear of our warehouse at 6 Jones Road, Capalaba. All we request is that you inform one of our friendly team members of a day, date and time.

All Free Metro Deliveries outside of 150km radius will not include FREE MATTRESS REMOVAL as we use a third party courier service.
Mobile Mattress Delivery Drivers are NOT insured to go inside your house nor do they have legal standing when inside the premises. If you wish for your mattress to be removed this must be placed at the door where the drivers can easily access and they will do a straight swap with your new mattress.
If you require our drivers to go inside and upstairs this will incure a surcharge of $50 on top of any delivery fees paid, which then allows the drivers entry into your house as forms will be signed. Mobile Mattress Staff MUST be notified PRIOR to delivery if you require this extra service.
Mobile Mattress delivery/quotes are for delivery to your DOOR at 'Ground Level'. If you require assistance either upstairs or via a lift an additional fee may incur.
Mobile Mattress is not liable for any damages to owners property (I.e lights, fixtures ect) incurred upon delivery of items. We will not componsate for claim/damages as it is the owners discretion to have the driver take the items inside/upstairs at anytime.

While we work diligently to ensure you find the right mattress online or in-store, we understand that sometimes a mattress may not be what you expect or suit your needs entirely. As we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, we offer in-store credit so you may exchange an undamaged mattress for another one. "Peace of mind" you can count on.
A /- We understand it can take the body several weeks to adjust to a new mattress. You can also expect the mattress to be slightly firmer in the first few weeks. If you notice a faint odour, do not be alarmed as it should dissipate over time. If, after four weeks, you are not satisfied that the product performs as it did in the showroom, please contact us and we can happily help with your request. Please note: The mattress must be unsoiled and free from tears, stains, hair, animal hair, or any other damage that might occur while it is in your home. We recommend purchasing a mattress protector to minimize the possibility that this may happen. The 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee is for selected mattresses only. A /- Our warranty’s will give you confidence in our products and peace of mind that you have purchased a quality product from a reputable bedding company. If you'd like to return your item: Please contact Mobile Mattress Customer Service within 30 days of the invoice date. We offer a 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee on selected mattresses (unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a fault). Please note: Mobile Mattress may refuse faulty or items that have been damaged prior to our collection.
A /- You can return products that you bought directly from Mobile Mattress within the timeframe set by our Return Policy. When you return your item, we'll happily credit your account for the price of the item, minus the initial delivery and handling fees. Delivery charges aren't refundable. All items must be in original packaging and unused to qualifiy for a full refund. Any items that have been used or are not in original packaging will be subject to the descretion of Mobile Mattress.
